The lovely staff and reliable air conditioning (I was in Pisa in the middle of a heatwave) are some of the best things about this hotel. So is the unbeatable central location. Excellent value for money and I’d certainly stay here again.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Quirky, unique & charming hotel just seconds of the main drag in Pisa. Spotless room, quality bedding, great bath with plenty of hot water. Wonderful location between the river and the tower, near lots of restaurants and Cavalieri Square. Highly recommended.

Outdated

Good location and near the Pisa tower and restaurants. However the hotel is very outdated, I would say 1960-1970’s. Service not that great and hotel manager not very welcoming. Overall you get what you pay for.

4days in Pisa

We had 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel is walking distances to everything: restaurants, Leaning Tower, Arno river. A kettle is already located in the room. The people are nice and friendly. A big minus is: no "First Aid Kit". As our flight back to Oslo(Norway) is at 06am, we find it unconfortable as the reception is just open between 07:30am to 01:00am. We strongly recommandate this hotel.

Ruined by the lack of photo'd 'breakfast buffet'

Hotel was okay, staff friendly and helpful. The main let down was the breakfast. Not a 'buffet breakfast' as described, and nothing like the photos. In face, we were given a voucher for a cafe 2 streets away, where we were allowed 1 crossaint or 1 mini ham roll, with a tea or coffee. The cafe staff are rude and even gave me gone off orange juice. Breakfast is suppose to set you up for the day. If you're celiac, youd have zero breakfast options. Like i said, breakfast was not at all as expected or as pgotographed.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Pisa that was so attractively decorated and furnished. The staff we’re exceedingly friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast voucher to a lovely café nearby where I could sit outside in the sun and relax in a beautiful old street of Pisa.
