"Kalimera was above & beyond my/our expectations. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Elvis @ the Sand bar was excellent in terms of customer service. The kitchen staff was also excellent & extremely warm & friendly. I wish we could've stayed longer here but definitely will return & will also refer family & friends. "The property is beautiful and staff are kind and friendly. My only issue was with the beach front property. Due to the Sargassum issue, the smell is horrible and making it hard to spend time on the beach or on the beautiful balcony. I would recommend staying at the lagoon side if you’re heading there. Other than that, I would definitely return. "

"The room was a disappointment given the price point. The sliding glass door on one-side was shattered, one of the bathroom windows was also broken, the left sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and or close ( eventually fixed) the sofa and comforter cover were both stained. I felt that my complaints were met with frustration by the front desk staff. I actually considered leaving for $473 a night I was frustrated all solutions were a take away, we-booked an ocean view with a king bed, we were...

"This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. "
