"La climatisation n'a fonctionné qu'un seul jour celui de mon arrivée. Le reste du temps non fonctionnelle je l'ai signalé à l'accueil mais le problème n'a pas été résolu. Une chambre a 27 degrés pendant quasi tout le séjour. C'est lamentable surtout vu le prix que j'ai mis dans cette location."

"The bathroom was so small that, while sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall. The shower compartment had an unhinged door and was so small that I could hardly move. The "desk" was a joke. And it took forever to check in."

"Pullman Paris is steps from the Eiffel Tower! I paid for the deluxe room high floor with balcony so I had a view of the tower daily and nightly from the comfort of my room. We also had breakfast on our balcony one morning which was wonderful and also enjoyed the rooftop bar / club called 10 Ciel ..."
