"Front desk staff and restaurant staff were quite unprofessional and not friendly. Got charged for a bottle when I only purchased a glass of wine. Slow service at the restaurant - waited 20 minutes to be attended to. Lots of other good quality hotels on this street that I would go to before this one."

"The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues.
