"First the room was clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Andrew was particularly welcoming and sincere. Some things I haven’t seen in other reviews: first, if you are in the back of the building, you will hear the train all day and night, second the building itself is older, and in need of repair in places: the A/C unit is very loud, and so is the mini fridge, and third the hotel is not in the best location. "Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"Room was clean. Lots of noise late first night. Called front desk and they said they would come up. Don’t know if they came up or not, but things quieted down for a few minutes, and the noise started up again. Remaining nights were much quieter. We didn’t ask for room cleaning, but they did provide clean towels when we requested. We would stay here again."

"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There were no lights in the parking lot. It was dark and sketchy, and some of the hallways also lacked lighting—clearly, security did not appear to be a priority. Upon entering the rooms, we could immediately see stains on the floors and bedding of several beds. As a result, we began contacting nearby hotels right away, but unfortunately, all were fully booked for the weekend, so we ended up purchasing new bedding at Walmart. The bathroom, it's just as bad--looked like...

"The staff advised the pool was not heated after checking in and complaining about ice cold temps. The ceiling in our room has heavy water damage and appeared to be flaking off. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times a day. Breakfast was ok but the tiny room was so small that it was hard to walk around without bumping into people eating. Would not recommend we have stayed in the area multiple times and will not stay here ever again."

"Did not know we would have a kitchen area, it was outdated and no kitchen pieces to use. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. Staff at front desk did not seem very happy. Seemed the first staff member was busy doing other things and the second staff member was chomping on food as she came around the corner to ask if we were checking out. Felt the property left a little to be desired. "
