"Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr hilfsbereites Personal."

"​Wir waren zu zweit im Hotel Bordoy Cosmopolitan und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch eine tolle Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung – auch mit dem Bus ist man ideal angebunden und kommt schnell zum Flughafen. Zum Strand ist es zwar ein Stück zu Fuß, aber alles gut machbar. ​Besonders hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, vom Empfang über den Service beim Abendessen bis zum Reinigungspersonal. Die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung, hier...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully. The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool. Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended! The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing...

"Trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ballermann relativ ruhig. Das Beste ist das Frühstück, dass bis 13:00 Uhr nutzbar ist, was selbst bei langen Nächten machbar ist 😁"

"Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Strand – in etwa 100 Metern ist man bereits am Meer. Bis zum Ballermann 6 ist es allerdings etwas weiter zu laufen, was man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollte. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Vorteil Frühstück bzw. Brunch bis 13:30 Uhr! Super! Klassisches 3 Sterne Hotel Essen halt."

"Beautiful stay at the Hotel hispania ,it was only a short visit will definitely be back. The rooftop bar is amazing fabulous to sit and watch the sunset and the staff were lovely.Rooms were cleaned every day .if I had only one gripe the bed was not so comfy, two beds pushed together one was ok second one was like a rock but I must say I love a soft bed so really it's a matter of what people like don't leave that put you off going it still would not stop me returning ."

"Muy buena la localización, el servicio muy bueno."

"Super close to the beach and available on a pinch for a 1 night lay over. The bed was memory foam so it retains some heat and the ac was at max with not enough impact for my comfort. One extra odd blast from the past was using an actual key to enter my room. You had to deposit the key at the front desk to leave every time and collect it up returning. Inconvenient and the room was hella hot when I returned as the key was attached to the key fob for electricity."

"Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und in der Regel auch sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal, aber dennoch ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer nicht kaufen möchte, nimmt das Shuttel, welches von 10-18uhr an den Ballerman 6 fährt."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel, und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders hervorheben muss man das ausgezeichnete Essen, es gibt eine riesen Auswahl beim Frühstück und das Abendessen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Auch das Essen an der Snackbar kann man empfehlen, große Portionen zu einem normalen Preis. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen."
