Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Family friendly. Good for traveling with kids. Stared to offer xcaret park access for whole stay (great deal if you staying more then 4 days). A la carte restaurants are limited capacity especially Oriental (Asian). I wish they have teppanyaki.

They switch my room on arrival. I did not receive what was paid for on reservation and had to accept change since I didn’t have options on arrival

Everything was great except the beach there was a lot of sea weed, but I know the hotel as nothing to do with nature but maybe they can do something clean more often, I don’t know do something!
