"I had eaten at this hotel a couple of times and having enjoyed the food and liked the traditional decor asked at reception if a lift went to all the bedrooms as I have mobility issues and don’t cope well with stairs and was told “ yes we have a lift to all floors”. We therefore booked a room at this ..."
