"Unacceptable- the suite we got was smelling disgusting, shouldn’t have been given to customers (confirmed by house keeping) and we had to ask for a new room. The AC wasn’t really working and the room overheated and dirty. Room service unavailable."

"Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Rooftop-Bar, die auch noch gut sortiert ist. Das Frühstück finde ich mit 18€ allerdings viel zu teuer. Ich hätte es auch super gefunden, einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Ansonsten war das garantiert nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich ..."
