Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom ok. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was no hassle. The restaurant with room service was very convenient. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a vending machine on property.

Very convenient location not too far from the city center and next to supermarket, coffee shops and fast food. Hotel was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good food too! Only complaint was that the doors can bang a little too loudly if let close by themselves.

Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done.
