Perfect for a night stop and breakfast. Especially if you have the awkward 5-6 people in your group and can’t afford two nights. They have rooms big enough. Beds were decent and breakfast helpful

I had a room with two queen beds in it love the set up of the bed office side of the room for each other. My husband snores so that was helpful. Had a small kitchenette in it. Everything looked new and clean.. The only thing I would suggest is if they get a new couch in there it was terrible. You could hardly get out of it and we did find a bug in one of the fifth

While the hotel is currently being renovated, we found our room to be perfect! It was spacious, thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The staff were amazing, always very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Karl! He was so great to help my disabled MiL. The downside is the lack of elevators which made it challenging for my elderly MIL to get around, and a challenge for me to manage all our luggage! They had a ramp but it was so steep I worried I was going to be run over by the fully loaded cart! Breakfast was really good but wish it was available until 10, dealing with time change made it difficult to get to breakfast.

Great place to stay on our road trip. Small cozy room had just what we needed, except for a fridge/microwave which was fine with us. Pool and lobby were great for hanging out to write and read. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of eggs, sausage and other proteins. Very quiet and safe. Didn’t try the lounge, but having a bar and food options onsite may come in handy for some.

Lighting around the building is horrible at night. Unfortunately I didn’t realize there are no elevators so thank goodness it only has two floors. If I had a suitcase I wouldn’t have been able to make it. The building is old I assume. If I stayed again I wouldn’t make sure I asked for a room on the first floor. But the room was nice and the breakfast room was also. Also it seemed they was construction going on next door.

We got two rooms because we had 4 kids with us. Then discovered that that there was a sofa sleeper in each room. We only needed one room. That would have been nice to know. Then one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner. Not good!!!! Breakfast was nice but no AC in this area either. That was miserable!!! The breakfast host said there hasn’t been any for three years! Will definitely not be staying at Best Western in Pocatello again.

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past, but hadn't been there recently. Our general impression of our room and some of the public areas was that it was starting to look run down and a little shabby - chipped paint, dingy carpet (public areas), older fixtures, corrosion, etc. The TV in our bedroom was enormous - too big to swivel completely for viewing in bed - and after 1/2 hour we gave up trying to use it because it seemed to be a new and very complicated operating system, and there weren't any instructions in the room. The breakfast was okay, although they had a new machine that cooked pancakes, but the resulting pancakes were undercooked and gummy = inedible. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. No problems checking in or out or finding things at breakfast, and we appreciated that.
