"Clean and in a walkable area to restaurants. Parking easy. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked like they put out a nice spread. Renovations going on inside and outside the hotel at the time we stayed. Front desk staff are meh. I stood there for quite a while when we arrived, watching one person at the front desk checking off something from too long two columns of a list and another staff member eating before they acknowledged me. "The apple garden of eden smelt like mold. It was no hot water Diane from the front desk was so very helpful. She upgraded our room to the champagne tower suite. The food was fantastic. It was prepared to order by a chef. Our waitress Kay was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and great. Especially the front desk. Needs upgraded."

"Easy parking and very friendly and helpful staff team. Clean rooms, but it was very humid in our room and a window was leaking a bit during the rain. The location is very convenient and close to a few restaurants."

"Decided to stay for a fun night on the way back from Maine. Rooms were excellent as we upgraded to a three bedroom loft. Karen at the front desk was wonderful as she explained the upgrade and gave us all the information we needed. Only negative about the room was the location. Very long hallways and far from the elevators so be prepared. The water park itself was nice. A few of the slides were not in operation, though. We were there on a Friday night, but wait times were not long. Be prepared...

"Dirty sticky floor, no help for sandals. All equipments are old as from last century, with terrible status and not cleab at all. At least 3 guests complained at same time we were there.! We paid over 200$/night, it’s even not valued for 30$. We were in urgent case because my baby was not well and need rest. It’s Terrible experience! Door couldn’t lock the outside light, we can hear people talking, laughing even hard breathing. If I can put 0 star, I would do that. However breakfast was not bad...
