"I'll start by saying this was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the poconos area. The place was spotless. They even dust the tops of the picture frames,mirrors,etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There hot tub room actually worked. I couldn't believe it. "This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. I’ve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower. "
