"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. "I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, quick and efficient the housekeeping team. Even when I made last-minute room cleaning requests, they responded so fast and always did an excellent job. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and memorable — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore.
