"The Ordmond at Tetbury is a great place to stay while in Tetbury. It’s one of the few places that allows accommodations for 3 in one room. The hotel is in the heart of Tetbury, easy access to all the local shops and restaurants. We ate twice there while in Tetbury for the weekend, both times the food was good, especially the Sunday roast. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tetbury."

"Parked in the square immediately in front of The Bull. Warm greeting from member of staff in the reception area. We ate in the bar in the evening and enjoyed our meal. Our room was very spacious, it was hot in the room but a fan was supplied which was very effective. Would stay again."

I hate having to leave a negative review but despite attempts on the day of departure to discuss our concerns with staff - no one was available and sending a follow up email to which we have had no response - I feel I have no alternative but to post here. Perhaps those like us who book through Expedia are just treated as second class but to be given a non air conditioned room over the bar during a heat wave, facing into the main road, when the hotel was...

"Our room had a view of a service area, this could easily have been tidied up and things put out of view. A bit more thought put into things would have made the bedroom and bathroom more user friendly."
