"The hotel gave us a room that was next to a utility room at the end of a hall. Later that evening, we heard a huge noise coming from g from that utility room. Turns out it was a compactor (or crusher) machine. The staff said they knew about that issue, and put us there anyway even though I requested ..."

"The rooms smelled musty. One had pet odor and remnants of cat food on the floor. Rooms had minor maintenance issues and lack of sufficient lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant."
