We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you faced as we expressed several times. It's really unfortunate and reflects negatively but even secure properties thieves break into at times.It's really sad how you can really post all this here knowing that you did receive you refund for the nights you did not stay at the property[I really wish I could post a screen shot here].The property did issue your refund the following day, You should have at least contact your bank if it did not reflect in your account before negatively complaining here. However, as mentioned several times, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you faced and that your stay was cut short .

We dispute everything about this review . If you are unhappy with your choice because you are used to booking all inclusive we do understand because we are a small rustic villa. Firstly you mentioned that place is filthy, smelly and dirty, AC does not work no clean towels...…That is very ridiculous of you to say. You booked the ground floor room for U155 per night and when you complained about the AC you were upgraded to a room that cost US206 per night at no additional charge, in the morning someone came to your room to alert you that breakfast was ready and as soon as your door was opened the air conditioned breeze could be felt all the way to the passage.Secondly you said you talked with the owner of the property but unfortunately the owner is currently abroad so we have no idea who you spoke to . We are checked and certified by the Tourism Product Development Company [TPDICO] so if all this was true then how are we still in operation further more you were not the only guest at the villa for the weekend and we hadn't had a single complain about all the dirt and filthiness and bad order you encountered.

Tanya am sorry your stay wasn't enjoyable as you imagine it would be! There are some unfinished buildings in the area of where Moon San is located but as for construction in progress i cannot recall any disturbance during the last 6 months. Your reservation details was pulled up multiple times and we are not seeing any over charges, you booked via Expedia pre-paid and we cannot charge more than the amount due to us because it will not be authorized upon charging your card. We regret that we could not make your stay a comfortable and memorable one in a positive way but all the same on behalf of the Moon San Villa team we thank you for allowing us to host you and I wish we could say please come again!!

I am sorry you feel that way but I don't understand how it could be terrible when you didn't even stayed 1 night! It would have been a stay worth while if you had given yourself a chance to have our lovely Jamaican breakfast and our boat ride around the blue lagoon and monkey island not to mention watching the sunrise from the upstairs balcony and enjoying the scenery of humming birds taking their morning feed.

Dear Anonymous. Why would you wait 5 months to write a review and then sign it Anonymous? The staff at Moon San said this is bogus review. We have only one refrigerator and we never move it to another.room.
