"The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team."

"The breakfast options were good. Kim kept the tables clean (no searching for a clean table) and promptly refilled breakfast items. She kept the door to her kitchen open so it was easy to ask questions."

"There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors."
