I noted that you made your reservation through a third-party, so I regret that the pet fee policy was overlooked, because it does appear on their website. We take pride in having a newer hotel and take pleasure in making sure our guests are happy during their stay. That is the reason for the pet fee - it involves a more extensive cleaning process. Many people are allergic to pet hair and dander, so additional cleaning must be done to prepare the room for the next guest. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
