The hotel service staff did a good job with what they had to work with. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms and I will say this was the dirtiest and most broken-down room I have ever stayed in. By broken-down I mean: Broken phone, broken chair, cracked lampshade, broken door (deadlock would not engage). Tried to swap out the chair, but nothing to offer, so I used one of the chairs from the breakfast area. I had to move the nightstand to plug in the clock and it was disgustingly dirty underneath. Linens and food service trash was in the hallway from before I checked in until after I checked out the next day...
