"I honestly liked everything about this hotel.. I’ve been to many hotels in my life and honestly this might be my favorite one. Very convenient and staff was very polite.. I ate at 13 coins for breakfast which is apart of the hotel. "

I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. "I was traveling with my family of 5 and reserved the 2 bedroom suite. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly. They have an outdoor pool but it was closed and they let us know that we could use the indoor pool at a sister Hotel across the roadway. The property of Residence Inn is tucked away from a busy street and it felt safe and peaceful. We would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again. "
"The staff is friendly and the free breakfast is pretty good. Only issue might be location that it is near a fairly busy road within a dense apartment area. Oddly enough there are limited eateries within this complex. There are many resturants that are one exit north of complex but not walking distance. The closet MAX park and ride is fairly close but does not feel safe. There is a homeless encampment in the parking lot and feels very unsafe. Area near Portland downtown has a homeless issue...
"I was surprised the parking garage was in the basement. But i have an SUV and the parking spaces were not wide enough and there was not enough spaces for the hotel size. I like that it’s hidden but there is a lot of cars parked outside. Its an accident waiting to happen.
My compliments to the chef. He toasted my breakfast burrito perfectly amazing and without me asking for it!!! The room, pool, hot tube, outdoor seating area are amazing on the riverfront. I would definitely go again."

"Clean and comfortable bed/sheets with good thick pillows.
Shower was large and very well stocked with shampoo/conditioner.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Kennedy School. It was fun learning the history of the school and walking around enjoying the artwork and unique design. They had a very friendly culture and I especially enjoyed the soaking pool. It is an old building, so does not feature more modern amenities like a mini fridge, tv in rooms, or super updated bathrooms, but the culture and variety of other options like the bars and restaurants more than make up for it. "We had an amazing experience at the Inn at Northrup Station, here are some of our Pros:
1) Super friendly staff from start to end. Helpful with recommendations from transportations services around the area to local cuisines.
2) NS Tram stop outside hotel. We used the NS tram to visit Powell's book store, the Portland market, various breweries, and others. Safe and easy, it also saved us on parking fees.
3) Our room had kitchen a kitchen, great for families to reheat and store food.
