"This is an older hotel. It is not an old hotel. My daughter and I felt safe. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is set back and feels like it’s in the woods. But you are close to shopping and restaurants. "

"Our only complaint is the Final Destination Shower set up. The floor is at an angle and there is no grip to the floor, and it was a half door not allowing the shower area to actually warm up. 0 water pressure. The design is neat, and flows with the rest of the room, but the bathroom also did not match the room photos that we booked online, but we arrived so late that we just wanted to get checked in. Overall, not efficient and somewhat dangerous shower. Other than that, everything was stellar. The restaurant was excellent, props to the chef! The Wild Bean was great, but it seemed like a lot of the staff was waiting for their order as there was only one person at the counter working it. Staff was great and helpful. The room and view were lovely, and we plan on making this our spot to stay providing there is a bathroom alternative, similar to the one we actually booked online."

"The room was pretty clean and the staff was awesome!!! Very friendly and made us feel very welcomed and they have a coffee machine 24/7 i will definitely be back. I loved this hotel more than the one i have stayed in Hawaii. "

"Room is very spacious and clean! Staff are always helpful! Lots of amenities like restaurant, bar, gym and walking distance to lots of tourist attraction! Train and public transportation is right outside your door! Very convenient!"

"Beautiful older hotel. No pool, but the rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The only thing that I recommend are to install safety rails in the shower, otherwise excellent!"
