"I was annoyed at check in when they said there was a parking fee ($13/night, but still- annoying and unexpected). The “happy hour” was not as great as others we had had at the same hotel chain. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!"

"Outside of building was not taken care of. Tile broken and standing up in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was dirty. The room could use a little maintenance. Over all ok place to stay. the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was nice. The breakfast area was pretty crowded the entire time breakfast was being served. The beds in the room were fairly comfortable. I have stayed at nicer hotels for almost half the cost as this one was. I have stayed at worse places then this....

"It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again."

"Hotel is new and like most Moxy properties, goes for a cool vibe. But food was advertised and super inconsistent, mediocre, and closed early. The biggest issue is the parking ... the hotel is not walkable to anything, which presumes a car ... but the only option is a $50/night (!!!!) Valet. The guys were super nice but ...the hotel is already probably overpriced for location, and that's a NYC overnight at a suburban hotel"
