"I made a last minute switch to this hotel when the original one I booked didn’t have AC on a 95 degree day. They let me check in early and even upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Super close to the tube and was exactly what I needed for a solo 24 hours in London. Would stay here again!"
