Friendly Staff

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, Jay and Avi were very friendly which made our stay a pleasant one. The pet policy at Red roof inn is awesome when you have more than one pet. We definitely had a pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It got a little noisey first night, but after that it was fine. Only issue i had was the remote did not turn the tv on our off and the volume button did not work.

Property is still in good condition after renovations a few years' ago, staff is quite friendly and helpful. Location was very acceptable- only a half mile from bus and ferry stops into Norfolk etc, with numerous fast food outlets and a large convenience store within a short walking distance. Hotel is generally quiet as is the neighborhood. Lots of incredible historic homes and churches nearby to admire. Room had all the items I needed to feel at home- microwave and mini-fridge.

Rough area but still a nice hotel

So the hotel is in a pretty rough area but its still a good cheap hotel. The staff is really nice and the rooms are nice enough especially for the price point!
