"Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it."
"Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June. "
"I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius.
Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe.
The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. The free waters in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff...
