The room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable. Staff available all the time at reception. Pool area was also clean. Pool staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, note: they also take food orders for room service. I ordered a drink they said I never did, so I never received it while at pool side. Decided ...

I found the staff around the hotel, mainly reception to be friendly, always smiled. The staff in spa were lovely. I received a facial and a full body massage. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had name of lady who did both treatments, as she was lovely.
