Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in...

"Love the lakeview / nature feeling of the pool overlooking the lake. Staff is top notch friendly.. the lady working at check in remembered me from my visit a year prior. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.. everybody very helfpul and professional. Hotel is quiet and nice and the most comfortable bed i have had in any hotel ever. On par with beds at the 4 Seasons.. if not better than at least as good. "

"The rooms are large with a lot of light coming in. However, as soon as the sun goes down there’re very little light sources inside the room. A few spotlights and lamps but it’s very dark. Add some more lights so it’s possible to look at a map or do anything else apart from sleeping. The bathroom had a good set of lights and the shower is amazing. In short, an excellent room during the daylight. "
