Lovely grounds and fantastic large villas. Staff are so polite and attentive. Two swimming pools which we really enjoyed as for most of our stay we were the only people in them. Food was tasty and fresh. However I would not have eaten in the hotel if breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea had not been included in our deal - $55 each is a bit steep for set lunch!!

Between the gorgeous natural atmosphere and the incredible staff, our stay was wonderful. This hotel is outside of the downtown area but its the perfect retreat after an evening in the noise and chaos of the city. And the tuk tuk ride is an adventure in its own right. You become one with nature at this hotel However, overall, its the staff that make this hotel what it is. Truly exceptional.

We loved this resort! The staff and service were excellent and so friendly. Every possible need was met and our host Reaksmey was so kind and caring. She was always available to help us get around and arrange services. The spa was great, the massages were welcomed after long days exploring at the temples. We arranged one tour ourselves and arranged the second through the hotel. The prices were reasonable and it was a great experience. We also used the hotel laundry services and our clothes came back clean and folded the same day. The hotel is on the outskirts of Siem Reap which made it quiet and peaceful. Getting to town or to the temples was still easy as the tour guides still knew where to pick us up and the hotel offered free transfers into town each day. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and would stay again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay for our family.
In a word, our stay at Mane Hariharalaya was FANTASTIC. We spent 3 nights at the MH and wouldn't change a thing. The grounds are isolated (in a good way), quiet and designed to create the atmosphere of a traditional Khmer village. We enjoyed the spacious villa with private pool, the amazing spa and very professional masseuses there, the dining staff, the grounds staff, the housekeepers and especially the front desk staff. They bent over backwards accommodating our requests and preferences. It all started with Lom Chhom, who handled our check in and other requests with flexibility and kindness. I think we can honestly say we did not have a negative experience at MH. The food was fantastic. We ate lunch and breakfast there every day. The traditional Khmer food was incredible and well prepared (and served). Kudos to the kitchen staff. They truly are talented, as are the spa staff. We've lived in Cambodia for over 4 years and have visited hundreds of spas. In my opinion, these were the best and worth every penny. Definitely a cut above the rest and provided a wonderful and relaxing massage every day we were there. The location is about 10-15 minutes to downtown Siem Reap, which was not bad at all. it's a pleasant drive and very quiet. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than some places in Siem Reap, but with everything that is included, it ends up being a great value. We highly recommend MH. We are looking forward to going back the next time we visit Siem Reap.

We planned 3 days visiting temples and 2 days relaxing at the hotel. The location is excellent for accessing Angkor but is also far enough out of Siem Reap to ensure a calm and quiet environment. The free tuk tuk into town ensured we were within easy and convenient reach. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff were attentive and available, without being intrusive. The food was superb and the quality of the accommodation was excellent. Overall, our trip to Cambodia was very special, and staying at Mane Hariharalaya was a great experience.

Hôtel paisible loin de l’agitation de la ville. Un cadre somptueux et une villa avec piscine fabuleuse. Un service parfait, de nombreux avantages nous ont été offert en qualité de membre VIP hôtels.com . Jamais nous n’en avions eu autant. Massages d’une heure pour deux et dîner avec boissons pour le premier soir offerts.(environ 180$en mois sur la note) Nous étions sur WhatsApp pour communiquer nos demandes avec la jeune fille de l’accueil, transferts, petits dej, horaires… et même les jours de repos elle nous renseignait. Du jamais vu , Service exceptionnel et avec le sourire en permanence.

Wir waren begeistert!
Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Service ist außerordentlich und stets bemüht einen jeden noch so außergewöhnlichen Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt und selbstverständlich sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A sacred place to (re-) propose
A jewel of secluded resorts (20 min to town with free hotel shuttle) not widely known as it opened just before the pandemic, and only relaunched this April. We celebrated our 32nd anniversary with a wonderful 5-night stay and were even surprised with an anniversary cake and a bouquet and suggested I proposed again! All the wonderful suggestions came from the staff, in particular Rin who was full of innovative ideas, and tells much of the thoughtful and cheerful team! Place is gorgeous and great as a base to visit Angkor Wat. A very memorable stay at Mane Hariharalaya.

Had a wonder stay at Mane Hariharalaya. The attention provided by the staff was top notched. The meals provided by the chef and his catering team was excellent and of high quality. Do not miss the daily afternoon tea with excellent selection of local sweets and tidbits. The daily massage was great too, especially the Khmer massage. Kudos to Ine and Rin. Will definitely pick Mane Hariharalaya the next time I visit Siem Reap.

I have my stay in Mane Hariharalaya in Siem Reap from 8-14/3/2020. We enjoyed our stay very much. The package that we bought include free breakfast, lunch, tea, 60-minutes spa, shuttle bus to city, round trip to airport and personal butler. The private villa was spacious, clean and good vibes. The meals provided were all very traditional. However, some of the khmer breakfast on the menu were not available during our stay. A large of variety of spa selections could be chosen and it was perfect to be done after a day in the temple. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city, the free tuk tuk service to the city was very flexible. All staff are very polite and kind. Our personal butler, Mouy was very friendly, nice, polite and responsible. She helped us to arrange daily lunch order, tuktuk service and helped us to arrange the timeslot of spa so that we could have the spa service together. She replied our requests almost instantly and all were well entertained. Her performance was highly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommended to you all.

This resort is sot between the city centre and the temples. It’s tranquil and calm. Designed around a lake and rice fields Each villa is built in traditional stilt design. Great to relax to after a busy day seeing the sights. Great local dishes. Great value.

A new hotel property on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Very nice rooms and facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though you can tell some of them are relatively new to the hospitality trade. Free shuttles into town and daily massages were good perk.

This is a great resort with private villas (big rooms with bigger than king size beds, great food and drinks and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. It is a bit out of town but they provide free tuktuk (they call them remork) to go into town. They also helped arrange all of our tours of Angkor Wat. We would definitely visit again.

지어진지 6개월밖에 안되었기 때문에 굉장히 깨끗하고 안락합니다. 직원들은 특유의 캄보디안 스마일로 항상 반겨주고 여행객들의 입장에서 생각해주는 최상의 서비스를 제공해줍니다. 굉장히 넓은 리조트에 우리를 포함하여 숙박객이 많지 않기 때문에 다른사람들을 마주칠일이 별로 없고, 대신 개구리소리 새소리로 가득합니다. 무료 마사지와 음식도 퀄리티가 최상입니다.

Definitely nicer then the usual large hotels in Angkor Wat. This hotel is all stand alone huts on stilts. It’s very romantic, clean and spacious. If you want a better alternative to hotel rooms and crowed public spaces.

Very serene and away from the town centre. Tuk tuk is arranged to go the town centre if required. Very clean and very endearing staff. Very accomodative. Great massages and the overall ambience was fantastic. I felt refreshed staying there from day 1 of my stay. The people, the location and amenities were five star quality

Voyage en couple pour visiter ANKOR. L’hôtel est superbe, neuf. Un peu excentré du centre ville et des temples (5 km soit 30 à 40 minutes en tuktuk). La chambre est une maison sur pilotis magnifique avec vue sur l’étang. Sokas (désolé pour l’orthographe) est très attentif et ultra professionnel, un véritable plaisir. La personne en charge de notre accueil et de notre séjour a été particulièrement gentille, quoique un peu stressée (1er job). Seuls bémols ; les prestations manquent de clarté : pas de tarifs des produits du mini bar, savoir ce qui est inclus ou non dans la prestation... Nous avons bénéficié d’une demi pension et d’un massage d’une heure par personne et par jour. Toutefois, cela n’était pas clair, ni pour nous, ni pour l’hôtel (nous avons du montrer l’intitulé de la réservation, car dans les prestations décrites, elles n’apparaissent pas). Le spa manque un peu de professionnalisme (Cf BODIA en ville), les masseuses parlent entre elles durant le massage, pas d’ambiance zen, pas de musique... Ce sont des détails, car l’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins. Merci à tous, notamment pour la petite fête d’anniversaire improvisée très gentiment, sur le ponton sur l’étang, un très joli souvenir de Siem Reap.

We were staying at another Mane property and received a free upgrade to one of the villas in the resort on our last night there. The location is far away from the city, so there is definitely peace and quiet. We had dinner plans in the city and the hotel provided complimentary round trip tuk tuk; without it, I am not sure how to get back? A car was also arranged to take us to the airport. The resort is a sizeable one. Staff drove us to our villa on a golf cart and the villa is a BIG one. Very spacious, A/C, bathtub and shower, everything just looks really nice! But not everything is user friendly...for example, the sink is on one side and the loo is on the other side of the room and to get there, you need to actually exit the loo, go through the shower before you get to the sink. Also, there’s no TV? Our stay includes 2 hours of free massage. We did an hour of manicure and an hour of traditional massage. They were really nice, but because our manicure took place outside at night, we got several mosquito bites. We got free breakfast (you can order whatever you want) and 1 free lunch or dinner where it is a set menu. Considering it’s free, we don’t have any complaints about that. It just opened up so there weren’t a lot of customers. In fact, we were pretty sure we were the only ones there because we didn’t see anyone else other than staff? It was a bit spooky but we felt safe the entire time while we were on the property and we did enjoy our stay there.

The stay was pleasant, the room was clean, spacious and tidy, with beautiful view of a large pond located in the centre of the property. Environment in the resort is nice and relaxing. The location is a bit far from city however staffs had helped to arrange transportation very well. Special thanks to the resort manager Sokkol, he was indeed friendly and helpful, he attended to every needs of us, making our experience at the resort extraordinary.

The hotel is brand new and the villas are gorgeous But it was the staff that surprised me. The went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We stayed in the same group of different hotels for the first two days. The service is very good and the staff are very good. Later on we swtich to their brand new resort “Mane Hariharalaya”. The location is a bit far to the center but they have a free shuttle bus that takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The resort and the room are very big and comfortable. They also have bicycles under the rooms. And you can ride a bike around the resort. Outside the room there is a lake and two different swimming pools (one with normal water another one with salt water). When the weather is nice you can enjoy the beautiful sunset by the lake. When you have lunch or dinner there. You can choose to sit by the lake. It's very romantic, but remember to bring the mosquitoes spray with you. There is a pool table and table football match in the lobby area. All the staffs are very sweet and nice. when we are leaveing. They already prepare the golf car outside of the room. Very good service, this is a very good experience to stay there and highly recommended to family, a group of friends and couples

A paradise in Siem Reap. This is a quiet hotel located about 20 mins from Siem Reap. The service was outstanding. The privacy combined with luxury and comfort make this place an perfect option for a solo trip or honey moon. The massage services were great and the therapists were knowledgeable. While the options in the (western) menu are somewhat limited, the food was good. There are superb restaurant options in Siem Reap (including a 1 start Michelin). The hotel offers complimentary transfer to town (again about 20 mins) and also can make reservations for you (advisable for fine dining options in Siem Reap).
