" Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). "First let me say two things- the pictures are misleading and the 5/5 reviews have to be fake. I’ll start with check in- a little room with a little old lady who didn’t seem to have a clue about my reservation or the woman’s in front of me. She kept saying you’ll have to check with Expedia.
