"I walk with crutches and although the receptionist told me their their website states there is no lift I did not notice this fact on the website. Our room was on the second floor the receptionist did not even apologise that I would have difficultly getting to our room."

"Vi hadde ikke fått med oss at hotellet måtte kontaktes på forhånd for innsjekk, og ringte først flere timer etter resepsjonen stengte – i tillegg kom vi enda halvannen time senere.
