"Black stuff in the corner of the bathroom. Bathroom curtain smells of mildew. Inadequate bed linen, it was like I was covered in just a sheet. The laundry was right across from our room and the staff was conversing too loudly for 7:00am- no effort to keep it down for guests. "

Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! "
