"Terrible experience on arrival no one was at the front desk. Tried ringing the telephone number. I wish only gets used to a Call Center. They were interested stuck around for nearly 2 hours and still no access to the room as Front desk was not banned. Center not interested in helping anyway whatsoever ..."

"I was visiting family so out of the room from roughly 11:00am - 11:30. The first night sleeping was uncomfortable due to what were not even extreme temperatures. I asked the receptionist for a fan to be delivered to my room and she confirmed this would happen as I had an option to borrow one locally. ..."
