"It was our first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were very short and did not explain much of anything other than our room was across the street. We weren’t told about the free breakfast either. We stayed on a Monday night and it was noisy with doors slamming at 10pm and then again very early morning. Upon leaving we saw several construction workers— “noisemakers” loading up in trucks! I was told they had no rooms that pets weren’t previously allowed. The bed pillows felt like...

"Absolutely the best price for all the amenities in the area! The staff was quick and friendly, knowledgeable on everything, and polite. The room was very spacious and accommodating including the bathroom soaps to the smart TV with streaming apps. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a custom build omelette bar and great selection of hot foods including waffle maker. The outdoor seating area was also excellent and there’s several water bottle fill stations in the lobby. Overall 10/10"

"While I was there my son came over to pick me up and he had a dog, the person from the reception confronted me about the dog and I explained to him that my son wasn't staying and he charged me 20 dollars extra anyway and if I refused to pay he would kick me out."
