"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

"The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!"

"Situated in the heart of the historic centre of Monopoli, a few minutes from both beach and harbour, this ground floor apartment felt very much like home with access to a myriad of food options and its own kitchen and even a pizza oven! The staff support though online was excellent. "

"The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. "A beautiful condo almost brand new, excellent location, close to the historic center, and the hosts are so helpful and kind. I would definitely reserve this place if ever I'm around in puglia. Highly recommended "
