"Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan."

"Todo excelente, el proceso de checkin fue muy sencillo y el código para entrar al edificio y a la habitación fue recibido oportunamente. La limpieza y estado de la habitación fueron lo que esperábamos. La habitación fue silenciosa y la ubicación del hotel ideal. Como única observación, comentaría que la puerta de la ducha no se encontraba bien sellada, por lo que el agua se fugaba fuera del plato de ducha y hubo que limpiar con las toallas que teníamos disponibles."

"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day. "Really nice room and facilities, super helpful staff. Excellent location beside the station and convenient for bus to Citta Alta. A fridge in our room would have been useful as weather was very warm. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the option to make a juice from fresh ingredients."
