"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"

"Let's start with the bad things: None. Now to the good part: Everything. The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. "Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But...

"The air conditioning was fantastic! Kept the room cool on those hot July nights. Plenty of food and shopping right out side of the front door. Parking was available from a third party service for $40/day. This parking garage had very limited spaces available and you had to drive into the ZTL to get to it. The accommodation were on the 4 story and took a minute to find. There is a lift, but European lifts scare me and we never used it."
