"The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down."

"Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the main attractions. Clean property. Check in/out was quick. We were able to borrow an adapter. AC worked well as it was 38 degrees Celsius. I took a star away because the toilet was ridiculously hard to use. Had to pump like 20-30 times to get it to flush. Shower was always cool, no hot water and lack of shelves/space for toiletries was annoying. Overall great value. I would stay there again but maybe a different room."

"Great views, good service, and a decent room. The coffee could be better since the coffee-milk ratio was too much on the coffee side. They could check the drawers since we found stuff from the previous guest, and it would be good to have some vegan options for breakfast and the restaurant. Overall, it is a great place."

"Staff was excellent, especially at check in with all the information. We arrived early and were able to access our room immediately. The location was very central to all main attractions for walking. The elevator was very slow but that was the only real drawback."

"Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

"Beautiful peaceful place. There were mixed comments regarding the use of the hotel pool but just as an fyi you only have use of the podere pool. You do have a laundry that was very useful after a week of travel. The view was spectacular and the apartment was very comfortable."
