"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar"

"This hotel was perfect - the manager checked us in and gave us a tour immediately of the hotel so we knew where everything was located. The room was so comfortable- excellent air conditioning and perfectly designed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was pristine. The bathroom was so spacious and the shower was lovely. "We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."

"This is not a normal hotel and is great for travelers looking for a unique experience “Adjusted” to unique experience it was fabulous. A great hotel for people that are self sufficient, comfortable with unknown, but bad for people that book through regular hotels using points or needing immediate and highest end service.
