"This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was so incredibly kind and this beautiful place made the stay. The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick walk to about everywhere you’d want to go in Florence. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet although being so close to such a busy part of town. "Very clean and spacious room with decent laundry and a nice kitchen. Beds were clean and linen spotless. Very beautiful building, I loved the water dispenser in the basement with the sparkling water option. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was awesome and very helpful too!"
