"Staff were really helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet. This was a completely spur-of-the-moment trip, and I was very happy I made it. "

"Very clean room. Wonderful common area. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very limited (cereal and toast). Excellent location."

"Very clean and well-maintained property. Bathroom was well-stocked and cleaned regularly, my white socks stayed white through the entire stay. Extremely convenient location in the middle of the old city shopping district. Owner was easy to reach. Will be back."

"This is not a hotel in any sense. It is an apartment converted into 3 rooms. It is in a large apartment block that could feel intimidating to some people. Access is through 4 doors that need a code sent by email. It was difficult to read the instructions in Italian and difficult to find the translation."

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Such a convenient and well located hotel. Use the hotel photos to help find the correct entrance."

"Es gab kein Zimmer, bei einer bestätigten Buchung. Zudem musste man ewig warten bis man sich um einen gekümmert hat."
