"Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"This time we stayed three nights in Villa Mustafà. The location was ideal to explore Assisi, Perugia and Monte Falco. This is absolutely one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Italy. The host Paola provides an absolutely delicious breakfast with home grown produce.
