"Good sized, clean apartment in a really central location near great bars and restaurants. I found check in online a complicated system but once we were there easy to gain access. The washing machines are communal and you need to download an app to use them."

"From the first point of contact the service has been excellent. The messaging system is easy and replies are prompt. Check was straight forward and the apartment was so well positioned in terms of city centre location. The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, just a perfect stay for a family of 4. "I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information. When you arrive at the end...
