"Positive points: possibility of late check-in and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Negative points: I understand it’s an accommodation with shared areas, which can sometimes lead to misuse by certain guests, but the bathroom was dirty, with clearly ingrained dirt that had been there for a long time — meaning the host’s cleaning is extremely poor. The shower stall was disgusting, with a lot of built-up grime. The kitchen was also dirty. The room, although spacious, has a poor and dysfunctional...

"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"
