The jacuzzi was not clean. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the room. Staff at reception was impatient and did not explain all of the things to us.

The room was perfect. Spacious and beautiful. We also had a little balcony that we could see to the ocean and it was so beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful.
