"There is no live person there to check you in. You’re dealing with a call center kiosk. The toilet in my bathroom had piss all over it. The rooms are disgusting. And there’s inadequate parking."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was pretty much the exact same everyday. Typically hotels change it up a little every day, but not them. I’m not saying it wasn’t decent, but you will be eating the same thing everyday. Our room never got vacuumed, although we asked for it to be (we have 4 kids and the floors can get dirty) and when they took dirty towels and gave us new ones, they only gave us two bath towels, for a room with 6 people in it. "As we arrived, there was a person who appeared to be homeless eating something out of the garbage can next to the door at the entrance to the hotel. We weren’t sure of the surrounding area so we brought all items in the car inside. There was a sign at the front desk that they were helping someone at would return shortly.
