Excellent value!! Cute, convenient and well maintained. Many good restaurants are ony a few steps away. The location is great one direction and not so great the other due to some construction. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Israel Garca was excellent property manager. He was very helpful and accommodating with my arrival/departure times. He is also a great source for things to do, places to eat and provided a map for the area. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay there again.

More like a hostel than a hotel, but great. Shared bathroom with other rooms, so that was a little inconvenient, but worked out fine. Just depends on what you expect. Staff was great!

We arrived late and the manager knew this. We had to wait outside at 2am for about 40mins for him to arrive and let us in. We then had a 10 am checkout. Place was not nice at all and was noisy as there was a restaurant that was setting up at 6:30 am. When we were leaving the housekeeping did not change the sheets on the bed - just remade the beds for the next people.

Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that this service was offered to me every 4 days but only happened 3 times in 7 weeks. Upon me showing them this on my original booking, they promptly removed it from their site. I was not impressed with how this was handled and would certainly never recommend to anyone wanting these Accommodations long term. It was unfortunate because everything else was excellent.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the location is ideal. The check-in instructions were clear. However, all of the rooms are on the second floor, and the stairs are quite dangerous. They have no handrail, anre diicult to navigate, and there is a low, unmarked overhang. My husband, who is a tall man, hit his head going down the stairs and said he did not want to ever use those stairs again. In addition, the new lights in downtown Puerto Morelos are incredibly bright, and they stay on all night long. It was impossible to get the room dark enough to sleep. We had planned to stay at the same hotel on the way back home, and had made a reservation and a payment. However, the payment was apparently non-refundable, and the hotel would not make an exception and grant a refund for the upcoming reservation, which was two weeks away, giving them plenty of time to rebook the room. Think twice before making a reservation here.

C'etait pas mentionné que c'est un self check in, nous sommes arrivé à 6pm aucune administration, la clé etait dans une boîte verrouillée auquel nous avions reçu aucune information ni code pour avoir accès à la clé. Heureusement un touriste résident au même endroit nous est venu en aide. Une fois à l'intérieur on a remarqué que c'était une salle de bain peu entretenu et commune. Point positif la chambre était propre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était dans le centre de Puerto Morelos.
