"It was not clean and the room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes. We got bit while sleeping. The food is a hit or miss. The breakfast was not good at all but dinner was good. The staff was very rude and the customer service was even worse. They did not even greet me and left me standing while she was on the phone and then was making pretend that she was busy and made me stand there for 5 minutes until I told her you want me to sit or stand here. She said wait 2 minutes please. Not friendly at all...
