"The cutest little lodge with wonderful hosts. The place is bigger than expected and would be perfect for families or larger groups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was a hidden gem and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. Great location for those visiting Hobbiton."

"The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good."

"Almost Everything is satisfied for me, only one dissatisfied thing is that bottle milk had been curdled. I found that when I wanted to drink it on my way home. Before drinking it, I kept it in fridge."

"Our stay at the Narrows Landing was incredibky restul. The grounds are lovely, staff were helpful and available, and the room was comfy, warm, and large, if a little rustic. Water pressure was great, the continental breakfast better than most, and we had a fantastic nights sleep. We thouroughly recommend this hotel."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. I travelled with 8 year old and they engaged her and made her feel important which was great as it was a birthday treat for her. The room a little bit over crowded with big furniture.
