"Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part."

"Owner was contactable via WhatsApp and was responsive when if need of help. House is very clean and neat, playground, Lego table and arcade to keep the child entertained! Induction cooker available to do some cooking. Thank you! "

"Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"Very disappointing stay – not recommended Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at Paradigm Residence By Antlerzone. The toilet and sink water had an unpleasant smell. The bed was super hard like a rock, making it very difficult to sleep. The master bedroom side light was not working, and insects were flying in, so we definitely had to keep the windows closed. The soundproofing was also horrible. We could hear so much noise from outside, which was very disturbing and made it difficult...

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again."
