Wonderfull property on a busy road. Unfortunately didnt get to enjoy it as much as i would have have liked to as i lost a night stay due to the Heathrow airport incident. Staff were helful and very polite. Rooms could do with an update but otherwise very comfortable and spacious.

hidden gem of a hotel

Nestled close to the city centre, stones throw from the railway station and around 20mins from the airport. Excellent connectivity . Ambience is quiet and cosy. I had good food , clean hotel , rooms and toilets sanitised and nice sleep. Rooms are spacious and well furnished for a couple and can easily accomodate more.

Solid, affordable hotel

The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful from the check in all parts. The breakfast was extensive and quite tasty - I always like an omelette station (this one is outside, which threw me for a loop initially). The beds are comfortable. The rooms could use a bit of updating - largely replacing the carpet with some other flooring as is the norm in the US. Certainly a good value for the price!

Good location and OK service in a tired and less than clean hotel. Helpful mainly for its proximity to the Jehangir Hospital. If this is not important to you, there are much better options nearby.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and breakfast menu vast and tasty. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The bar service at the Sky lounge unfortunately was very slow, the snacks ordered was extremely slow to be brought to us. We ate what was served but were unable to wait for the whole order to arrive. We were not charged for the food and non alcoholic drinks we consumed which was appreciated.

If you booking this to swim cause it's hot then it's not the right hotel. The pool is design in a way that u can't even swim in length or breadth of the pool. Water issues with staff calling to inform that water will be off from 1pm till 4pm. On the other hand, polite staff during breakfast buffet and even at the reception.

Poor House Keeping

The room quality and condition was pretty. House keeping was very poor. The room had strange smell. There were no towels in the bath, I had to request twice to get towels. still no hand towels were delivered. I requested the house keeping staff regarding missing hand towels. He said, he did not do the cleaning, therefore he was not responsible. Otherwise hotel condition is good. decent choice at breakfast. Evening at sky bar was enjoyable, although the music was too loud and the lighting was more suitable for a night club, not a lounge.

The hotel was in a great location, close to attractions and train services. Two standout staff members, Harpreet in the valet service and Pratik Kadam in the level 8 lounge, provided exceptional customer service. When booking my stay I was advised that my Total would be one price however upon checking in was advised a different price due to additional taxes. The stay at the hotel overall was comfortable, although when asking the staff to change the bedsheets, this was met with dismay. The sheets weren't changed and instead were reversed. I noticed this due to a distinct mark on the sheets, which is why I had originally asked for the sheets to be changed. Breakfast was great, providing you got there before 08:30hrs as after the food quality diminished and the area became crowded. The facilities at the hotel itself were also lacking, the pool was a lot smaller than expected, the wooden decking un even and sunken. The sun loungers were dirty. Not what is expected from a hotel with a 4.5/5 rating. Visiting the onsite spa, booking through the website did not work, however the rooms were clean and the masseuses were friendly. I had utilised room service as well as the snacks within the room towards the start of my stay. The reception desk had informed me that my bill was more than it should be due to taxes. Upon checking out, I was told I had been over charged. A card refund was not possible and instead received a cash return in Indian rupees. I would not rush back.
