Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout.
We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming.

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Absolutely fabulous!!!! ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
