"The staff was incredible. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty. Our butler Oscar was incredibly attentive and pool bartender Edwin made us laugh & feel very special. "Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Drinks not so good. Food was average for the most part. Pool bar tenders need improvement in attentiveness and quality of drinks. They seem to be more interested in talking to coworkers than serving drinks. Premium on the preferred package was not worth the cost. "Overall we had an excellent stay. We traveled as three couples. Check in was fairly easy everyone was extra nice. The only issue for me with that process was that there are NO elevators to get to your room. 👀👀👀 as someone with back issues it was a deal breaker to have to trek to the third floor several times a day.
